Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of Octopost App (also referred to as “Octopost App”, “the Octopost App application” or “the application” throughout this document), a tool that automates the creation and scheduled publishing of photo carousels on TikTok. Octopost App is available at https://octopost.app. By using Octopost App, you accept these Terms.

The application lets you build a content library, generate images, schedule time slots and publish photo carousels to connected TikTok accounts. Publishing is performed exclusively through the official TikTok Content Posting API.

• You connect only TikTok accounts that you own or for which you have explicit authorization.
• You are solely responsible for the content you create and publish, and for its compliance with TikTok's Community Guidelines and Terms of Service.
• You agree not to use the application to distribute unlawful, misleading or infringing content.

The application is an independent third-party client. It is neither affiliated with nor sponsored by TikTok. Its operation depends on the availability and terms of the TikTok API, which may change. Any restriction imposed by TikTok (posting limits, audit, suspension) applies in full.

The TikTok API does not allow selecting a specific track from its music library for a photo carousel. The application states this clearly and uses the auto_add_music option. No circumvention method is used.

The application is provided “as is”, with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability or freedom from error. We strive to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee that a post will always succeed.

To the extent permitted by law, the operator cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from use of the application, in particular a missed post, an account restriction or a TikTok API outage.

You may stop using the application at any time by disconnecting your accounts and deleting your user account. We may suspend access in case of use contrary to these terms.

These terms may be updated. The date at the top of the page indicates the latest revision. Continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of the version in force.
